Yes! As long as the signer is aware and can provide some kind of marking (i.e. using their non-dominant hand or placing a pen in a signer’s mouth and have them move their head up and down) just enough to make a marking, then we can proceed with the notarization. In addition, you will need two credible witnesses who are not affected by the documents must be present to witness the marking and to sign their name on the signer’s behalf on the document and notary journal.
