UNEXPIRED ID, any of the following will work:

  • Driver’s License, State ID
  • Military ID
  • Senior card
  • Passport

If you only have an expired ID, then you must have two credible witnesses present with you who are unaffected by the documents and have one of the mentioned UNEXPIRED IDs.

Make sure your documents are filled out (aside from the signatures)– Unless its an acknowledgement; then you may sign in advance. A document with blank spaces cannot be notarized.
